Property size: 100 units and above
Vintage: 1980’s or newer
Markets: Primary and secondary Sunbelt markets
Location grade: “A+” – “C+“
Property grade: “A-” – “C-“
Hold Period: 3 – 10 years
Price: 5 million to 100 million or more deal size; Single assets or portfolios.
Terms: Purchase all-cash or cash along with debt from providers of: Bridge, Agency, FHA, Bank, Life companies, CMBS, & Loan assumptions.
Due Diligence: Ability to purchase with an aggressive due diligence window and fast close
