Armand Harvey is an Acquisitions Analyst for Clear Capital LLC, where he is responsible for underwriting, sourcing and executing multifamily acquisitions in the Mountain, Sunbelt, Pacific Northwest, Southeast and Eastern regions of the United States. 

Prior to joining Clear Capital, Armand worked for the Acquisitions team at RealtyMogul where he was
responsible for underwriting and acquisitions for the firm's Value-Add and Stabilized REITs. Mr. Harvey has underwritten over $4 billion in multifamily, mixed use and LIHTC properties throughout the United States, and has acquired over $450M in assets throughout his career. 

Mr. Harvey studied Economics and Philosophy at Occidental College, and is currently pursuing his CFA.
