Carlos Magana is the System Administrator of Clear Capital, LLC., he’s responsible for providing both Yardi Systems support and IT Support. Mr. Magana brings over 20 years of IT Support Systems experience. Prior to joining Clarion Management, Inc. Mr. Magana was a Systems Analyst/Account Manager with Yardi Systems and was responsible for providing expertise support, product training, and rolling out implementation projects. He was one of the first in assisting with the development of RENTCafe CRM.


He joins us from Yardi Systems where he played a key role for 7 years in assisting clients with implementing & troubleshooting an array of Yardi products. Carlos received his degree in Business Administration degree from Almeda University and studied Scientific Injection Moulding at Cal Poly Tech Pomona.

Dan Polk is the System Administrator at Clear Capital, LLC, where he is responsible for converting all acquisitions to the Yardi platform. Mr. Polk also handles all software issues related to Yardi as well as On-Site and AvidXchange.

Before joining Clear Capital, in 2019, Mr. Polk spent 12 years with Yardi Systems Inc, where he implemented and formed relationships with many different properties. Mr. Polk was responsible for over 15 clients at any given time and was able to pay attention to detail on each clients needs. He also spent time as a Team Lead for Customer Service within the Screening Department of Yardi.

Mr. Polk received a BA in Audio from NEIA of Boston and a AA in Computer Science from Rowan College of South Jersey.

Samantha Maynard is a Property Accountant at Clear Capital, LLC, working with the firm’s Southern California’s multifamily assets. She is responsible for ensuring the properties’ accounting is accurate and financial statements are reported timely.

Ms. Maynard has experience in forensic accounting, as well as financial statement analysis. She also has extensive experience with accounts payable.

Prior to joining Clear Capital, LLC, Ms. Maynard worked in public accounting, property management, and real estate investment industries. She graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. She is currently working on obtaining her Certified Public Accountant licensure. 

Angelina Penny is a Property Accountant at Clear Capital, LLC, working with the firm’s Southern California multifamily assets. Ms. Penny is responsible for reporting timely financial statements for both corporate and real estate entities, and ensuring accuracy of accounting information.

Ms. Penny brings extensive real estate experience in the areas of residential real estate management, oversight, renovation, accounting, insurance matters, and compliance.

Prior to joining the Clear Capital, LLC team, Ms. Penny spent 18 years with a privately held real estate management firm located in South Redondo Beach, with properties spread throughout the South Bay, and Glendale Areas. In her most recent role with the company she acted as the regional property manager, and performed property accounting for up to 40 locations, ranging in size from multifamily communities, condos, duplex and single family homes.

Garrett Rosborough is an IT Administrator at Clear Capital, LLC, where he is responsible for database creation and analysis, user management, OS management, Cybersecurity, hardware and software operations and manages information systems and technologies.

Prior to joining Clear Capital, LLC, Mr. Rosborough was an intern with the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, where he worked with the DNA Unit and Felony/Misdemeanor Panel. Mr. Rosborough ensured Marsy’s Law compliance in addition to legal database creation, maintenance, and organization.

Mr. Rosborough received a BA in Political Science (with Departmental Honors) from the University of Washington, Seattle.

Tyler Stoll is an Accounting Manager at Clear Capital, LLC, where he supports the firm’s accounting operations, financial reporting, financial analysis, and tax filing requirements. Additionally, Mr. Stoll coordinates the accurate accounting for Clear Capital’s property financials, assisting the portfolio’s property accountants and providing transactional accounting guidance.

Prior to joining Clear Capital, Mr. Stoll was a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked in the Tax practice and the Consumer Finance Group, gaining experience in partnership taxation and best practices for consumer lending.

Mr. Stoll holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Taxation, both from the University of San Diego.

Patti Richardson is the controller at Clear Capital, LLC, overseeing the firm’s accounting operations, financial reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, HR and for internal controls, establishing policies and procedures and system management for Clear Capital.

Mrs. Richardson brings more than two decades of real estate experience in the areas of real estate accounting, investor reporting, treasury management, banking relationships, compliance and the timely completion of annual financials as well as partnership tax returns and delivery of K-1’s to investors.

Prior to joining Clear Capital, Mrs./Ms. Richardson was an owner/operator of an accounting business managing over 35 different clients ranging from mortgage and real estate companies to retail service stores and professional service companies.
