Bettina Dugan serves as a Paralegal to Clear Capital, LLC’s Vice president and General Counsel where she assists with legal matters for the acquisitions, accounting, property management, equity & debt departments. She has over 7 years of experience in different areas of law including: civil litigation, family, special education, automotive lemon law, and corporate.

Prior to joining to Clear Capital, LLC Mrs. Dugan worked as a corporate paralegal under the General Counsel for an equipment finance solutions company that maintained over two billion dollars in assets for various clients including Pepsi-Cola/Frito-Lay, Walmart, and Amazon.  Mrs. Dugan was responsible for all corporate related filings and creating and implementing company policies and procedures to ensure proficiency.

Mrs. Dugan holds a BA in Business Leadership from Fremont University, an ABA approved AA in Paralegal Studies from Westwood College, and is currently studying Real Estate at the University of California Irvine.

April Harrison serves as Vice President & General Counsel of Clear Capital, LLC, where she handles the legal matters for the acquisitions, accounting, property management and capital equity & debt departments. She has seventeen years of transactional real estate experience. 

Prior to joining Clear Capital, LLC, in 2021, Ms. Harrison worked as general counsel for a real estate developer with a portfolio of over two million square feet of commercial and industrial properties. Throughout her career she has represented real estate developers on a wide array of transactional matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing, defeasance, entity formation, subdivision and TIC projects. Ms. Harrison holds a California Department of Real Estate Broker License. She received her JD from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and has a BA in International Relations with a minor in Business from the University of Southern California.
